Seven Branches Venue and Inn is a romantic wedding venue in Sonoma, California. This is where Mariah and DJ had their wedding this past October and it was absolutely stunning! I am so excited to share more of Mariah and DJ’s fall wedding. They had so many fun and special touches throughout the day!

This California wedding venue is both luxurious and romantic! It has so many stunning touches with the stone and gorgeous ceremony set up. It is a luxury winery and encompasses the Spanish culture of the Sonoma area. It is super uncommon for rain during October, but it in fact rained during their reception so we moved inside for their toasts and it was also gorgeous! This venue provides a great indoor alternative in case it rains, so you can be confident in choosing this venue for your wedding anytime of the year!

Mariah and DJ’s Wedding Day

Mariah and DJ hired me last year in 2023 for their engagement session and their wedding day! It was so much fun getting to meet them before their wedding day and get to know them a bit. I always recommend booking an engagement session for this reason! By having an engagement session, you’re able to get a feel for how I photograph and interact with you all so you’re super comfortable on your wedding day!

Mariah and DJ had so many special touches that were so intentional. Mariah shared a first look with her brother who also walked her down the aisle. She also did a fun first look with her bridesmaids and shared an emotional first look with DJ while reading their private vows.

Mariah and DJ are such a fun couples and they didn’t miss a detail for their wedding day! They love their dog, Hiro, who is their precious little corgi and so he had to be involved somehow! They had Hiro be the ring bearer and it was adorable! He was taken care of by a company called “Dog of Honor”. If you’re wanting to incorporate your dog in your wedding I would highly suggest working with them!

Wedding Reception at Seven Branches Venue and Inn

For their wedding reception, they curated the most beautiful set up with the help of an amazing vendor team. They created a stunning candle lit dinner and then had such a blast dancing with their guests! Mariah changed dresses for their reception and dancing and it was so fun doing some flash photography with them at the end of the night.
